Telephone conversation between the two Algerian and Tunisian foreign ministers

The Algerian Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad, Ahmed Attaf, had a telephone conversation on Monday with his Tunisian counterpart, Mohamed Ali Nafti, to congratulate him after his appointment as head of Tunisian diplomacy, wishing him success and achievement in the accomplishment of his noble missions, indicates a press release from the ministry, reports the Algerian news agency APS.

Mr. Attaf also expressed the wish “to work in close collaboration with his brother, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad, on the bilateral and multilateral levels, in order to implement the high directives of the leaders of the two brother countries, the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune and his brother, President Kaïs Saïed,” the press release added.

The two ministers “agreed to organize, as soon as possible, a bilateral meeting, as part of the continuation of efforts aimed at strengthening the exceptional dynamics marking Algerian-Tunisian relations in various areas, with a view to perpetuating and consolidating them further,” the same source said.
